Knob Hill

Located northeast of downtown Colorado Springs, Knob Hill is a neighborhood of Colorado Springs, Colorado. It is part of El Paso County. The neighborhood is home to some of Colorado’s most desirable homes and businesses. It has a population of nearly 50,000 and is considered a great place to live.

Knob Hill is a historic neighborhood that is home to many local landmarks. It is home to the Colorado School for the Blind and the Historic Union Printers Home.
